Color & Create

Terms

Last updated 15 October 2026.

Color & Create is made and run by Emilie Ava Møllenbach, Copenhagen, Denmark. When these pages say “we”, that's me — one person and a small studio of ideas.

Who you're agreeing with
That's me — one person, no middlemen. Write to hello@colorandcreatestudio.com about anything on this page.
What this is
Color & Create is a quiet, daily mandala app. The daily mandala is free, always. Optional small gifts are the only thing anyone can pay for, and they're one-time, never a subscription.
Saying yes
By using the app, you accept these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company or group, you confirm you're allowed to agree for them; on your own, you confirm you're old enough to do this.
Playing kindly
Don't use the app to break the law, to bother people, to pass off someone else's work as yours, or to interfere with how it works — no malware, no probing, no scraping, no trying to get around its limits.
What's ours, what's yours
The app, its code, its designs and the Color & Create name belong to Emilie Ava Møllenbach. Your mandalas are yours — you made them. If you add one to the sky, you give us permission to keep showing it there until you remove it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if something looks wrong.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes and cancellation follow Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Refunds
You have 30 days to change your mind about a gift. The refund page explains how.
If something goes wrong
The app is offered as it is, and I can't promise it will never be slow or briefly offline. I'm not responsible for indirect losses, and my responsibility is at most what you paid us in the past year — often nothing, since the daily mandala is free. This doesn't take away anything the law doesn't allow us to take away.
Pausing or ending
I can pause or remove someone's access if they break these terms, put the app or its people at risk, or don't pay for what they bought. If your account ends, your mandalas go with it — write first and we'll help you keep a copy.
The law of the place
These terms follow Danish law, and disputes are settled by Danish courts.
