Color & Create is made and run by Emilie Ava Møllenbach, Copenhagen, Denmark. When these pages say “we”, that's me — one person and a small studio of ideas.
- What we keep
- Your email address, the name you choose, and the mandalas you make. That's it.
- Why
- So your gallery is safe and follows you to any device you sign in on.
- The sky
- If you add a mandala to the sky, everyone can see it, with the first name from your profile (leave the name empty to stay anonymous) — never your email. Hearts are private: only you learn how many people loved yours. You can take it back at any time.
- Reporting
- If a flower feels wrong for the garden, you can report it. Three reports hide it until we've had a look. We note who reported, so the button can't be misused, but never share it.
- Feedback
- Notes you send us are kept so we can read them and make the app better. If you're signed in, we can see which account sent them.
- Where it lives
- Your account and mandalas are stored securely online with our hosting provider, only for running Color & Create. Gifts, if you choose to give one, are handled by Paddle — our payment provider and Merchant of Record — so your payment details never reach us.
- What we don't do
- We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you around the internet.
- Without an account
- Your mandalas stay on your own phone. Only notes you choose to send reach us.
- Leaving
- Write to us at hello@colorandcreatestudio.com and we'll delete your account and every mandala with it.
- Questions
- Anything at all — write to hello@colorandcreatestudio.com. A real person reads it.
